Q: How often are your meals cooked?
A: All our meals are cooked fresh on a daily basis.
Q: I get bored easily. How often do you change your menu?
A: Our menu changes on a weekly basis and are on a 12 weeks rotation with new items being introduced all the time.
Q: I’m allergic to . Can you alter the menu to accommodate my allergies?
A: Exceptions can be made for most food allergies or dislikes.
Q: When will I receive the next week’s menu?
A: New menus are emailed every Wednesday to you
Q: I’m an on the move type of person. What if I need to cancel a meal or service?
A: Cancellations must be made e-mail 48 hours in advance of a particular days service being canceled.
Q: What if I will not be home for delivery?
A: If for any reason someone is not available to receive the food, a cooler will be left at the door with an ice pack.

A: Serving the Soul currently delivers to the following areas: Brickell, Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, Cutler Bay, Doral, Kendall, Key Biscayne, Palmetto Bay, Pinecrest, South Beach, South Miami, Westchester, and West Miami.
