At Serving the Soul Catering, we take pride in the ease of delivery to our clients. We deliver to your door at home, office, gym or CrossFit affiliate. We deliver meals for the following day on Sunday through Thursday; ensuring your meals are ready to go with you Monday through Friday. We offer this hassle-free service removing the stress of grocery shopping, meal planning, and cooking. We deliver to Kendall, South Miami, Coral Gables, Pinecrest, and Brickell. Delivery to a majority of areas is complimentary, however an additional delivery charge may be added depending on location. Home deliveries are made in a Serving the Soul tote bag and we ask that when your food is brought inside that you please leave your tote bag out so our driver can collect them for the next days delivery. Gym and CrossFit box delivery will be delivered in plastic bags and immediately placed inside a cooler or refrigerator.

Our mission is to help you lose/maintain weight, eat healthy, and forget about the worry of cooking. We use only fresh products and produce cooked with extra virgin olive oil, coconut oil, and grape seed oil. All of our meals are made without any added salt, sugar, preservatives, or fillers.
Our menus are structured around well balanced portions of lean protein (5-6oz), fresh vegetables (1-1 1/2 cups), and “good” carbs (1/2 cup) such as whole wheat pasta, breads, rice, & beans. We can accommodate a “Double Portion” for the serious athlete (add $15.00 per week).
We also offer a Paleo/Primal menu for all you CrossFitters out there! If you’re unfamiliar with the term, you may be asking yourself, “What is Paleo?”
The Paleo diet is simple yet remarkably effective for fat loss and halting or preventing a number of degenerative diseases. Also referred to as the “Caveman Diet”, it includes all natural foods that are void of all the processed junk that wasn’t available to our ancestors from long ago. To reap the benefits of the most effective nutritional strategies known, simply build meals from the following:
- Lean proteins such as (ideally) grass fed meat, free range fowl and wild caught fish
- Seasonal vegetables and some fruits
- Healthy fats such as nuts, seeds, avocado, olive oil, and coconut oil

Using this method athletes to average Joe’s are staying lean, strong and energetic! Research in biology, biochemistry, Ophthalmology, Dermatology and many other disciplines indicate it is our modern diet, full of refined foods, trans fats and sugar, that is at the root of degenerative diseases such as obesity, cancer, diabetes, heart disease, Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, depression and infertility. Our Paleolithic ancestors were largely free of these diseases, and you can be too! With a very simple shift, we not only remove the foods that are promote inflammation and various negative effects on your body (grains, legumes, and dairy) but we also increase our intake of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.
Although the Paleo lifestyle starts with these healthy and delicious foods, not everyone’s needs and situations are the same. The paleo diet is infinitely customizable to meet YOUR specific needs and goals. Diets that recommend rigid food ratios or Spartan calorie counting seldom work over the long term because these approaches typically emphasize foods (grains, sugar and dairy) that are at odds with our genetics. When we eat according to our genetic heritage weight loss, improved energy and optimal health are fun and easy to accomplish.
